Yalla OSN box is a self-installation unit. We support the customers with how to videos on Youtube.
How to activate the box?
Activation was never easier: Customer needs to send his Smart Card Number to Whatsapp Number: 0020238279222. Smart Card Number is attached to the back of the box and the service will get activated on the spot, that's it.
Activation instructions are placed on the box.
How will we serve the customers?
Yalla OSN concept is based on simple process and self-service concept.
Customer gets all support required via 3 main channels:
- Yalla OSN Support channel is channel number "0" on Yalla OSN channel list, it plays 24/7 support videos and promos.
- Youtube: support videos on how to install, activation, box features, technical errors, ¦etc are available. The route to Youtube are communicated to customers via support channel, Whatsapp and IVR.
- Contact center IVR: Customer can inquire his expiry date, send signals, get directed to Youtube for technical support and create a job cart for a paid technical visit.
