Preparation and usage
Stir one sachet (0.5 gm.) of Propolis powder to a glass of cold nonfat or soy milk with some fruit juice or honey and drink it instantly, use it daily 1 or 2 times before meals for 3 months. Repeat this course when boosting immunity is needed.
