Neoflam Stainless Steel Can Opener - Red

Product is reasonable quality, but it took me almost 3 weeks to have it delivered after it was not placed within my order of groceries. Repeated calls and follow-ups with customer service, Carrefour team members calling me to inform me 'it will come tomorrow' and it never arrived for all this time meant much effort and time was spent wasted at home waiting for an item so small. I offered even to come to the store to collect and was again informed each time (for 2weeks) 'it will come tomorrow'. Sorry, but the customer service / delivery service for something so small was very poor and an overall large waste of time, effort and not to mention money for Carrefour.
